so this job applying shit (yes, all 3 applications i submitted :P) finally paid off! scored my first interview on monday for the indie record company, INERTIA who put out some good music so i'm pretty stoked about it.
now alls i gotta do is learn how to conduct myself in an interview, since i've never been interviewed for anything in my life! oh, except for my very first job at the newsagency straight after high school. we had an interview in the little dingy back-room where i'm pretty sure they were just glad i wasn't some crack-addict, coke-head, single-mum-witha-dawwwta.
the sanity gig i got because i slept with the manager. she was really nice about it too. okay. i didn't sleep with her. i saw her sleeping with someone else and it was a mercy-job offer. nah, that's a lie too. i paid her... in lottery tickets coz i worked at the newagency at the time. damn. smell that smoke? yeah, thought so...
INERTIA. Monday, 3pm. fingers crossed!
